ABOUT

Annyeonghaseyo! I am The Teenage Hombre. I am a 19 years old Medtech Student and currently residing in Quezon City, Philippines.

This blog was opened in May 2020. I'm really a talkative person but later, I realized that I could use this personality to share my own experiences in the field of skincare, fashion, technology, and entertainment.

Since I'm only a teenager student, I thought of my blog name as "TheTeenageHombre" because Teenage means "teen" and Hombre means "male". I made this blog because I want to help my fellow teenagers on how they can use their free time and also provide knowledge that they can use in their daily lives.

I do product reviews, specifically skincare. I've been trying a lot of products for the past 4 years since I really have tremendous acne before. I have oily and acne-prone skin. People that do have skin like mine can learn what products they should use.

I'm also into stuff that could be an alternative to original products that could be seen in the tips/tricks section of my blog. I aim to help my viewers so that they don't really have to spend so much if there are any alternatives that has the same purpose.

I do my blogs 2 - 3 times a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, depending on how much free time I have.

Earn money during Quarantine | Philippines

Looking for ways to earn money this quarantine? Look no more. I present to you Surveytime.io and Ysense Surveys. Just a little motivation, here is my proof of payment with these companies. Surveytime.io proof of Payment (its the same with O.P VISION LTD) Ysense Proof of Payment Basically, the usual, you’ll answer surveys then they’ll give you credit. Surveytime.io pays you a fixed $1 straight to your account after you answer their surveys. Meanwhile, Ysense needs you to accumulate $5 (for skrill) and $10 (for PayPal).  I know you’re in doubt if you should still do it because you already tried many survey sites but they screen out most of the time. I understand what you’re saying but I’m telling you. This is the real deal because I personally tried this myself. These are my tips/tricks for you to be qualified in a certain survey 1.  Be consistent. Surveys are made by clients for their own agenda. They need it for their study so you should NEVER guess what your answer would b...

Holy Grail in Acne Journey: Celeteque Hydration Moisturizer review

To be honest, I wasn't really fond of Celeteque. 2 years ago, I've tried the Celeteque Acne line that consisted of Acne Cleansing Gel, Pore Minimizing Serum, Acne Solutions Oil Control Toner, Acne Spot Corrector Gel and the Acne Clearing Facial Moisturizer Gel. I must say that out of these given products, only Acne Cleansing Gel worked for me. It could be because my skin is too sensitive that it irritated my skin.  With that said, I was reluctant to try the Celeteque Hydration Facial moisturizer because I'm afraid that it would cause me a pimple breakout. It not so long when DermaTwitter invaded social media. TheNerdyDerma highly recommends the Celeteque Hydration Facial Moisturizer. That is why I became eager to use it again. In my mind, 2 years have already passed, maybe my skin will like it now. I learned from the DermaTwitter that the active ingredients of the product should be included in the first to the fifth list of ingredients or else you just wasted y...

iPhone 7 Plus: Still worth it in 2020?

Are you thinking of buying a new phone? Let’s see, you’re not a fan of android, are you? If not, then you’ve come to the right article. Here are the reasons why you should still buy iPhone 7+ in 2020.      I know it’s really hard to pick the right phone for you as the market releases hundreds of phone models every year. It is overwhelming, I know because I’ve been to that position. If I could just grab anything that I think suits me, then everything would be fine. But the thing is, I’m really picky when it comes to phones. I’ve been a fan of the iPhone since 2010, the year that they released their first model.        I’ve tried a lot of Android phones already but the more I use it, the more I want an iPhone. It just that, in all aspects, iPhone wins in everything. I’m not saying Android is not a good product but I believe choosing the right phone is a matter of preference.      5 months ago, I bought myself an iPhone. It is the iPhon...
